Coco Beach is one of the finest beaches in Africa. Situated in Ngomeni- Malindi, this place is uniquely surrounded by palm trees. It is about 25 Kilometers from Malindi town and about 12 kilometers from the Lamu road tarmac. Due to its white sandy beaches, it’s massively in demand. Since it was laid out in the market, it has pulled investors from different parts of the world.

We already have some hotels and private residences nearby already developed and occupied due to the plot’s high demand. You will only be required to dig a 3-meter well to get that everlasting “mineral” water.

The plots are located about 200 meters from the beach, with access to the beach from the Coco Beach Springs. It’s about 25 kilometers from Malindi town and 12 kilometers from Lamu road.

Price and Payment Methods
1. Cash Buyers Kshs. 800,000 (Maximum 0 – 3 months)- 50% deposit
2. Six Months Kshs. 1,200,000 (From 0 to 6 months)- No deposit

The duration for payment is a maximum of 6 months from the 1st installment.
The price will include paperwork and exclude the transfer charges and maintenance of the plots until the change of ownership.
