Status of Construction / Progress Summary
This report will include construction updates of Kijani Suites Beach Apartments located at Ocean Beach Drive, Malindi- Kenya, as of April 5th 2024. The report is divided into individual block numbers with full descriptions of the work done. The report also entails the construction update of the showhouse. Also, a photo log of construction activities for the above-mentioned date is provided along with the description of the work done.
Block 1
The interior and exterior painting has been successfully completed, breathing new life into both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Concurrently, the interior block structuring for a three-bedroom unit is underway, laying the foundation for functional and aesthetically pleasing living spaces. Meanwhile, the installation of glass windows is in progress, ensuring that natural light and scenic views are seamlessly integrated into the design. With these simultaneous efforts, the project is steadily evolving towards its envisioned state of modernity and functionality.
Block 2
The interior and exterior painting have been successfully completed, giving the space a refreshed and polished appearance. Concurrently, the floor tiling work is in progress, adding a durable and aesthetically pleasing foundation to the space. Meanwhile, the installation of glass windows in the exterior and staircase areas is underway, enhancing both the functionality and the visual appeal of the building. SHOWHOUSE
Fittings of windows and doors for the showhouse are complete. The floor tiles of all the rooms have also been fixed. Fixing of wardrobes is also complete.
