Status of Construction / Progress Summary
This report will include construction updates of Kijani Suites Beach Apartments located at Ocean Beach Drive, Malindi- Kenya, as of June 29th, 2023. The report is divided into individual block numbers with full descriptions of the work done. The report also entails the construction update of the showhouse. Also, a photo log of construction activities for the above-mentioned date is provided along with the description of the work done.
Block 1
The formwork and structural steel have been laid for the casting of the rooftop. Hacking for plumbing and electricity pipping is ongoing.
Block 2
The block work for all floors has been finished, and the casting of the rooftop is also complete. Interior plastering & hacking for plumbing and electricity are complete awaiting exterior plastering.
Block 3
Construction for the ground floor, first floor, second floor, and third floor is complete. Piping for electricity and plumbing is complete. Interior plastering is also complete awaiting exterior plastering.
Block 4
Interior plastering is complete awaiting exterior plastering. Pipping for water and electricity is complete.
Block 5
The construction of the ground floor, first floor, second floor, and third floor is complete. The construction of the slab is also complete. Painting of the interior walls is ongoing. Plastering of the exterior walls is ongoing
SHOWHOUSE
Fittings of windows and doors for the showhouse are complete. The floor tiles of all the rooms have also been fixed. Fixing of wardrobes is also complete.
